To become a client, start by choosing from one of our service plans. I offer three different service plans which provide different levels of client focused attention whether you are a competitor or just someone looking to improve your health.

• Adjustments to programming based on biofeedback
• Unlimited Text communication 
• Advanced Care -$299
• Customized Meal Plan
• Customized Cardio Program
• Customized Training Program
• Supplement & Hormone Recommendations
• Adjustments to programming based on biofeedback
• Troubleshooting bloodwork & working with PCP to resolve existing conditions
• 24/7 Text & phone communication 
• Guidance on posing, tanning, and planning your show
• Training Plan Only
• $150 the first month and $75 every month following

*Our Month-to-Month Subscription Plans may be cancelled at any time. Please note that you will be charged on the same date each month. Our Month-to-Month plans are non-refundable.
