This is a low volume, high frequency program built for people new lifters and those who can only train 3-4 days, but still want to make improvements week to week and month to month.
Length of program:
Beginners 6 months to a year
Intermediate Lifters: 3 months to 9 months
*This program is focused on progressively overloading through weight, reps, form and intensity.
