This program came about because of the needs of a few clients I have that needed to REALLY bring up their back. After several months of tweaking it I felt like people could really benefit from it. This program puts all of the focus on doing just that while maintaining just enough volume to maintain size in all your other body parts.

This is an 8 day rotation with 3 back days included.
