Physique and legacy

Ramy is especially associated with extraordinary leg size and overall muscular mass. His physique represented the high-mass end of the Men's Open category while maintaining enough shape and conditioning to earn back-to-back titles.

Defining Olympia moment

The 2020 win displaced Brandon Curry, and Ramy's successful defense in 2021 made him the last consecutive Men's Open champion before a series of title changes between 2022 and 2026.
